What do you normally buy or have in the house? Do you make weekly or bi-weekly meal plans? keto

I have a large family, a family of six with number seven on the way, and not everyone here obviously eats the same way that I do, but the kids and my partner have been 100% a-okay with swearing off breads, rice, potatoes, et cetera. We are very strict with making meal plans, so this has been the list I jotted up of things we either have in the house currently or usually get on our next shopping trip.

I make the weekly meal plan on Saturday nights and usually get to the grocery store the next morning. Mimi (grandma) usually comes to get the kids right after breakfast for church and Sunday-Funday so grocery shopping is typically easy enough, haha.

We are a family who loves cheese probably a little too much. And the only thing I don't jot down into the meal plan are snacks. The older kids have access to the refrigerator and a "yummy cabinet". In the fridge, they can grab pepperoni, cheese sticks or slices (I make these from blocks of cheese), strips of bell pepper, and berries. In the yummy cabinet, they have cherry tomatoes, cashews, peanuts, macadamia, and pistachios.

If this thread isn't allowed here for any reason, or if this discussion has been made hundreds of times before, I apologize and please remove it. :) I'm just a mom who has a little extra time on my hands today since the kids are off with their auntie and uncle.
