Is it possible to create a completely fanless, silent (or remarkably quiet) system? pcmasterrace

Liquid cooling would be my first choice, unfortunately you need a fan to actively draw air over the radiator. I suppose you could stick a refrigerator compressor in your case...but then it wouldn't be silent...hmm...
