I made Pasta Sauce using veggies from my garden, my wife froze it right away, and pulled it out of the freezer (in the refrigerator now) a month ago. She wants to cook with it tonight, am I going to die? AskCulinary

I have had food poising and go to great lengths to avoid ever having it again.

Before we go through the "I'm not sure this is good to eat" argument I want to make sure I am positive this is not good to eat.
