Emergency refrigerator food safety question Cooking

Found my fridge door slightly ajar from one of my roommates this morning. They left around 7:30am, found it at 11:00am. We essentially have a whole Thanksgiving feast stores in there. Using a laser temp gun, our water filter and dairy was at 50°F on top, with a 9lbs ham and 14.5lbs turkey the same temp on the bottom.

Should I be in full panic mode or should everything be all right? I've cranked up fridge setting to cool things faster once I found it.
