advice for VFT dormancy in a dorm? SavageGarden

I'm a college student with a flytrap bought ~1.5 years ago. Last winter, it was still very new and small (and I didn't know dormancy was a thing) so I didn't do anything different with it through the winter. This year, my VFT has significantly grown in size (and I have grown in knowledge) and I'm looking for some advice on how to put my plant through dormancy successfully. This is my first time doing anything like this and my history with plants suggests more of a brown thumb, so I'm a little scared I'll screw it up. I pretty much have to go with the refrigerator method because of said college student and really only having a dorm room. Any advice is welcome, but here are some specific questions: * What kind of fungicide should I use? * Should I split my plant before or after dormancy? * Does a growing flower stalk (about 1" right now) make a difference on the process? * When people talk about No Damp, that a dehumidifier, right? (I've also heard people call it a fungicide.) * Speaking of No Damp, isn't it counterintuitive to have a wet paper towel/moss and a dehumidifier at the same time? what's up with that? * Is there an optimal temperature to use? * What are plausible options to gradually lower the light and temperature without angering my roommates? (also, the dorms only go so cold...) * How do I get sufficient light to the plant if it's in my fridge?
