Hello reddit! I made crab chowder (from scratch!) in a saucepan on my stove. There is quite a lot of it... My question is, can I put it in the slowcooker overnight (heated for ~9 hours), or will the crab spoil? Would it just be better to put it in the refrigerator? I want the potatoes to cook a little longer though...
