I'm finally back living in the US, but, I will be living out of a hotel until at least September and was looking at getting a Paragon Induction cooker as it will allow me to do other stuff rather than just sous vide. At the moment I only have access to a small refrigerator/freezer and microwave and would love to go ahead and get started with sous vide cooking, but, I haven't seen any recent posts on it. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
