I just bought a spiralizer and I want to make a big batch of zucchini noodles for the week. Once I boil them and drain the water, are they refrigerator safe? Will the texture be horrible after a couple days in the fridge? Thanks guys!
P.S. - Feel free to give me simple zucchini noodle recipes that are simple and cheap for the college student! :D
