The rent is $998/month, but we are willing to drop that to $900 for you, and $850 each if you want both rooms. If you want the whole apartment, we're willing to move out for you to replace us (rent is $2995/mo). One parking spot included, plenty of street parking available.

The two available bedrooms share a large full bathroom with each other.
