Is this a proof that fermentation happened? Homebrewing

Hi guys, I'm a begginer (first batch) and need your help.

At tuesday (05:00 AM) I put the fermenter in the refrigerator and went to work. When I came back, at 18:00 PM, I saw no signal of bubbles (blow-off tube).
According to the attached picture, is this a proof that fermentation happened?
