Frigidaire Refrigerator was leaking water used warranty to fix now won't cool. Appliances

I bought a Frigidaire fridge last June. They have a one year warranty. Recently water from the freezer began leaking into the fridge compartment. After calling the warranty department they sent someone out two weeks later who said it was a common problem and they'd need to order a part that would take two weeks to order. Two weeks later they replace the part and the water stops leaking. This was on Tuesday. Now the fridge won't keep cool. Called Frigidaire customer service, the computers are down so they can't schedule someone to come out and fix our fridge. The earliest they can get someone out is next Tuesday. I'm very frustrated with Frigidaire's warranty. Our food is spoiling and they can't even provide help. Has anyone experienced similar issues with their fridge? Advice would be appreciated.
