I feel like I tempered the chocolate fairly well but after leaving the chocolate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, the chocolate broke in half when I tried to pull it apart and stuck to the mold. Is there anything I can line the molds with to make sure that the chocolate doesn't stick? Some sort of cooking spray perhaps? Thank you!
