Person I’m looking for:

1. I’m looking for someone who is between the age of 23-30 either male or female. I’d prefer if you’re in Media/Film/Television or wanting to be, but it’s not a requirement.

2. Someone who is VERY clean when it comes to common areas. Not leaving dishes in the sink for days on end, cleaning up crumbs you left on the counter, not throwing stuff all over the living room and blocking walkways, taking the trash out when it gets full. This is kid stuff, but a lot of people don’t do it.

3. Someone who is willing to share cleaning common area duties once a week. Example I’ll do the kitchen you do the living room then we trade off.

4. A person who is not a 24/7 party animal. I’m fine with you having friends over on occasion and kickbacks are cool, but if it turns into a hotel room then it’s not going to work. I’d prefer if you’re focused on work, but also know how to have fun.

5. I’m 420/ Alcohol friendly.

6. Be employed, reliable, and be open to conversation. Please have a job, be reliable when it comes to paying rent/utilities on time, if you’re late then it will be your responsibility to pay the late fee. Finally if you have a problem with something I’ve said or done, mention it to me and we can talk it over. I hate when people hold things back and they blow up on each other a few months later.
