I never really learned much about nutrition. At home this is fine... most vegan food is healthy, and I eat tons of greens, nuts, beans, tofu etc
Now I'm traveling and feeling very unhealthy. I can't afford to eat in restaurants, and don't have access to a refrigerator or kitchen (though I do have a microwave). I'm eating supermarket ready meals like pasta and sandwiches, plus fruit. I know I'm eating wrong, but don't know what I should be buying.
What should I be buying to make sure I stay healthy?
