while attempting to replace the water filter: upon inserting the new filter a loud repetitive "bucking" noise occurs for 5 seconds. then, when attempting to remove the new filter for inspection, the filter shoots off like the cork of a champagne bottle. the force of which actually injured my arm in the process. clearly something was damaged, but can anyone tell me what would explain this?
