After reading this post I admitted that I need to make some dietary changes now. Not in six months, but now. I am five weeks in to a new exercise routine but, aside from not drinking absurd amounts of non-diet soda, I have not changed my abysmal eating habits. Right now I am living with family as I get my proverbial shit together following a separation and (hopefully soon) divorce. For reasons I prefer to be annoyingly vague about, I don't (and will not) use the kitchen except for the occasional use of the microwave and refrigerator. I basically eat out for lunch and dinner, and don't eat breakfast. I usually eat fast food and need to spend as little as I can. This is clearly not ideal for healthful eating and once I am out of this situation I plan on pursuing a keto or paleo diet. But for now, I can't eat tacos and burgers every night and expect to get healthier or not feel like crap daily. Any thoughts?
