My Queal experience soylent

Dear community,

in this post I want to outline my Queal experience that has been quite positive.

I know about Soylent for about two years and I was always enthusiastic about the concept. Due to my personal relocation and the process of steady adoption, I had not much time to think about the product, but I always kept it in mind.

Following a short exchange on a totally unrelated subreddit last Sunday, I decided to order Queal. As an Europoor, I do not have direct access to Soylent, but since the person I conversed with recommended Queal and I liked their web site, I chose their offer. Them accepting Bitcoin was also a huge factor, but I saw that many people in this industry do it. Cool! I ordered on Monday morning and the package was quickly dispatched. Living in Germany, I got the package on Wednesday - a genuinely marvellous day.

The packaging was very good and stable. Everything was included as prescribed, plus two stickers and a premium card. Cool! The shaker and the wire ball were also included.

I put together my first meal and planted it in my refrigerator. Several hours later, I tried it. I was hesistant at first because it was something I had never drunk before. My overall historical shaker experience had been somewhat limited as well. I actually enjoyed it - a bit too gritty in my opinion, but at least then you know that there is some serious matter in it!

Now I have consumed six Queal meals (I am trying to replace all meals at once) and they have all been pretty good. I really liked the "Cool Chocolate" flavour, but I am going to try the Apple Pie flavour this evening.

A few hours after my first meal, I experienced a ridiculously low blood sugar level. There are some diabetes issues in my family and that is why I was not entirely sure whether it was a good idea to continue. But now, after six meals, I can say that the situation has greatly improved. I do not experience these extreme spikes, probably caused by Maltodextrin, anymore. It seems to me that my pancreas has adjusted to the new food. Cool! My standby blood sugar level is about 85 mg/dL (this is the German measurement unit, I am not sure whether this number is of any use to you).

I do not experience any high need for "normal food" anymore, and most importantly, I do not experience any need at all for sugar. I experience some desire for salt but this could be because I would describe myself as a salt addict. I got myself a pizza about one hour ago, but I was not needy for it. I just thought to myself that I really like the taste of Pizza and that I am slim enough to eat it additionally. But I could have easily refrained from it. It was just for da lulz.

It is very neat that for the first time in my life, I am hungry and I think: "yo, let’s drink a Queal" and not "I AM GOING TO FUCKING DIE IF I DON’T FIND SOME CHOCOLATE OR OTHER JUNK FOOD TO PROCESS DAWG". That is very great. I am especially proud of my abstinence from sugar products.

My genetics-caused eye circles are starting to disappear, because now I eat enough iron. I also have the feeling that my beard (that is somewhat... economical for my age) is growing faster. Maybe my testosterone levels are rising because I am now being supplied by all essential nutrients, especially Zinc, of course.

Everything is so easy now. I always had a problem with eating. I don’t eat very healthy and I am saturated very easily. But then, after one hour, I am hungry again and my body starts to revolt. With Queal, this is not the case. The saturation I feel is more persistent and also not as extreme. Another advantage is that Queal is completely divisible and I can postpone partions.

The only problem, even though minor, is that sediments are building up in the shaker in the fridge. Maybe someone has an idea about how to address this issue.

I calculated how much money I spent on food last month and compared it with the 90 meals package by Queal. I found out that I spend over 220 EUR on normal food while Queal would have cost me about 165 EUR, including shipping. The funny thing is that the 220 EUR I spent on food were mostly wasted since it was no healthy, but very repetitive (noodles with tomato sauce, kebab, muesli) and expensive (eating out) food. Thus not only would I have saved money, I would have fed myself a much healthier food.

Thank you for reading this and thank you Queal for a great product that has, until and including now, really satisfied my needs. I am thinking about setting up a subscription and I hope you enjoyed my short review. May this review shed light on your issues. I would also really like to answer your questions in the comment area. Please excuse mistakes since English is not my native language.

Yours sincerely,
