I was inspired to do some pickling after a wonderful sampling at a gastropub this weekend.
Looking for a brine recipe used for refrigerator pickling. I would like to make 1 brine to use in four different recipes, these are.
- Spicy pickles
- Bratwurst relish
- Vietnamese style for bahn mi
- Italian sandwich toppings.
Any suggestions or tips?
