I've been a regular smoker for about 3 years and this last week I decided to skip my pickup and sit out a cycle. I find myself getting angry often now that I'm not smoking. I never used to have anger issues. I'm normally known for my saint-like patience. The smallest thing just makes me angry as hell and I can't find a way to make it stop. Anything from my dog barking, no cold water in fridge or simple questions from my wife. I keep it to myself because I know that it's not my dog's/ refrigerator's/ wife's fault. Does this happen to anyone else? Should I just stop smoking and attempt to find the root of my anger?
