As part of a weight/cost cutting effort I've been slow cooking some not-exactly-pretty meal preps for the last several months, usually enough for four days a week.
As a bit of a treat due to the expense I'm looking to homemake a batch of my favorite fast-casual meal, and the online recipes look pretty good! However, they spit out quite a lot of the stuff! So my question is: how well, and how long, does beef brisket keep in the refrigerator after cooking?
